Circa. late 19th early 20th century. Unsigned. By repute the work is attributed to Scottish artist Katharine Cameron R. S. W, R. E (1874 1965). Whilst Katharine Cameron is more widely known for her fae and flowers, she has been known to sketch Edinburgh landmarks such Edinburgh Castle and Canongate. The scene is expertly depicted with the
