The Grape: Mourvdre (moe vehd) is a classic Rhne grape that produces nice medium to full bodied wines that are often used in blends. Late to bud and late to ripen this is often close to the last that I harvest. The Vineyard: Frick's Estate Owl Hill Vineyard, on the southeast facing hillsides near the winery.
