果実のような香りと、やや甘みのある飲み口の純米吟醸酒です。

新鮮なリンゴの小さなかたまりが入っているため、一口ごとに甘くてジューシーな味わいが楽しめます。

落ち着いた穏やかな香りで、飲用に適した温度は10℃前後、もしくはぬる燗でもバランスが崩れません。40℃前後は甘味が増幅し穏やかさも感じられる非常に相性の良い温度帯です。
