That storytelling element gives error cards a dimension that standard cards simply do not have, and in a hobby where the emotional connection to a card often matters as much as its technical specifications, a great story can add real dollar value
If BSJ is unable to verify or authenticate any information or tickets you provide during any registration, ordering, purchase, ticket posting, sale, authentication, delivery, payment or remittance process, or any other process, or if BSJ is no longer able to verify or authorize your credit card or bank account information, your tickets may be cancelled, BSJ may refuse to honor all pending and future ticket purchases made with those credit card or bank accounts and/or via any online accounts associated with those credit card or bank accounts
So if you have another copy in your hand, you effectively have a dead card that probably shouldn't be played while the other is out
I should note, however, that there are exceptions to the rule
