使用單一年份採收的葡萄，利用放血法細緻的萃取出香氣與顏色。放血法(Saignée)，是指透過浸皮將黑皮諾的果皮與榨好的果汁接觸，依時間長短萃取出不同程度的紅色。明亮的寶石紅色，帶有令人愉悅的新鮮紅色水果、黑醋栗和李子派的香氣。濃郁的酒香與隱藏在餘味中的一絲甜味完美的融為一體。

酒標上的「Héraclite」赫拉克利特，是古代希臘哲學家的名字。他的名言：「人不能踏進同一條河流兩次」認為萬物是永遠變動。代表酒莊對待每個年份都是獨特且專注的。
