It is hand-pieced (it does not have batting or backing) in a Half Square Triangle pattern

and the pattern is comprised of gingham and striped fabrics

This style jacket features a scooped side hem, contrast indigo floral binding, front placket, and inner collar, antique brass snaps and oversized handwarmer style pockets. This is the Flora Jacket pattern by Brightside Pattern Company that I pattern tested for them, and they were kind enough to grant me permission to make finished
