This year were pushing the boundaries again by going bigger and more experimental with our adjunct ingredients. All in the name of science of course. We started with the same malt bill and double mashing technique of the preceding two volumes, creating a thick, complex imperial stout base before letting it rest on cacao nibs and freshly hand toasted banana
