Backdrop: Chardonnay Grape Origin_America Key Bump bout to packBackdrop is our new farmhouse ale brewed with buckwheat. By adding the buckwheat to the grist alongside the barley and wheat and aging for close to a year in oak, we ended up with a rustic and complex farmhouse ale completely different from the rest of our line up.
