Holster fits a Smith & Wesson up to 6". In photos is a S&W Combat Masterpiece 6" which is not included. Holster swivels forward and back with 1 locking position. Holster is smooth leather lined and hanger fits a standard 2 1 4" duty belt. Beautifully made holster and the best of any swivel holster out there in my opinion. Even better than the Tex Shoemaker 42A. Very similar to holster
