Its inky purple colour sets the tone for what follows: authoritative aromas of blueberry syrup, dark chocolate, blackberry jam, and green tea, unfolding into intensely layered flavours of plum juice, orange peel, smoked bacon, and dark chocolate with hazelnuts. The tannins are silky and smooth, carrying the wine through a long, memorable finish. Bold
