I Forestieri is based in Alta Maremma, a collection of old vines in the hills of Roccatederighi and Roccastrada. Winemakers Dario Marinari and Ezequiel Allassia carry out natural fermentation and maturation in concrete vats or amphorae. Rigomale sees extended maceration of Trebbiano in amphora and direct pressing of Malvasia Bianca, bringing forth juicy yellow
