Wendy repurposes drilled core samples of the Canadian Shield (i. e. stone that has been drilled from deep in the earth by mining companies). She cuts thin slices on a diamond saw to reveal the unique mineral face of each pendant. On this piece, Wendy carved away the top of the stone, creating a horizon like silhouette. To complete this pendant, Wendy wraps
