This would have been found on any MerCruiser GM application (effectively 1969-Up) where the flywheel was mounted directly to the crankshaft and had either a perimeter mounted coupler on sterndrives or a perimeter mounted flex-plate for inboard applications
but definitely a set of brackets here that came off of the same outboard
