風土：Swartland次產區的Paardeberg聚集了近年南非備受矚目的膜拜酒莊，例如相當稀有難尋的Sadie Family正是在此。這裡葡萄園的土壤是由分解的花崗岩所形成，生長在此處的Chenin Blanc始終能保持一貫的純淨清晰，強大的架構卻絲毫不顯沉重。

Grands Epenots被認為是村中酒風最精緻的一級園，位於坡地中段，排水性佳，石灰岩的表土含有氧化鐵的紅色砂土，園中多為1965年種植的荖藤。年輕時單寧的收斂感較強，隨著陳年時間推移，發展出精煉口感、優異的架構以及細緻的層次變化。散發黑樱桃、黑醋栗、麝香、可可等香氣，深沉的口感中，鮮明的酸度加上粉狀的單寧感相當可口。
