酒莊栽種白皮諾的歷史，可以追溯到酒莊創立當時，才得以保留下來如此珍貴的葡萄園。本款香檳全數選用單一年份的單一品種白皮諾所釀造。100%橡木桶發酵培養，不另外補糖，殘糖大約3 g/L。年輕時就可以充分感受到葡萄本身的豐沛果香與香料的特色，洋梨，楊桃，葡萄柚，礦物感，酸度明顯但不尖銳，清爽俐落又香氣奔放，相當享受的一款特殊香檳。

散發清爽的櫻桃與李子香氣，結合細緻的香料與榛果氣息，呈現出層次複雜的風味。酒體飽滿，口感集中且結構良好，餘韻悠長。
