釀造上主要透過不銹鋼槽，進行緩慢的控溫發酵；另有8%是在法國的中型舊橡木桶進行。發酵完畢後，保留酒渣續培養。結合兩種氣候的特徵，與獨特的沖積土壤，才得以釀造出兼具酒體與清爽，既有熱帶水果香氣又有帶核水果的風味，礦物感架構優異。​

淺金黃酒色，充滿熱帶水果，像是鳳梨、百香果、桃子、香草、蜂蜜和各式香料(薄荷，檸檬葉等)的氣息，口感濃郁，醇厚，但仍然展現Riesling的優雅，具有極佳的酸度，鹽、礦物質風味中和，擁有極佳的風味和平衡，甜美的餘味令人垂涎欲滴 ，同時增強了葡萄酒的整體豐富感。
