Living in their jungle homes they perch on trees, palm trees, rocky cliffs, and even opportunistically stick on bromeliads that are holding their own perches. One explanation for the Birdsnest name is that leafy debris falls into their cupped crown and has the appearance of a nest with the little new fronds looking just like eggs before they unfurl. It also has brown hairs growing in
