the sky was looking quite heavy but there was amazing light in the sea and a perfect wave to attract bass nearer to the shore

Inspired by walking through the shimmering grasses on the coast path in Summer

October Light, Duckpool. Shore Painted in the depths ofDuckpool has a foreboding atmosphere and feels untouched and timeless. Known for it's dramatic cliff line and jutting rocks, it creates its own drama at any time of the day and any time of the year. In October, the sun is lower and can come right through the tops of the clean waves before they break as depicted here .
