2019 Mayhem “Anarchy” Reserve Merlot ribeye steak not too aggressiveAfter a challenging growing season, this fruit was hand picked off the home vineyard up Anarchist Mountain in the South Okanagan. Merlot was received and held in cold storage overnight before being whole berry destemmed. The Cab Franc was fermented with 20% whole bunch in stainless steel, the remainder being whole berry. Only the premium free run was taken from both varietals for this wine which was aged in 50% new French oak and 50% seasoned French
