Kirtland's Warbler Balsa Ornament animals to name just a fewKirtland's warblers are one of North America's rarest songbirds. They breed almost exclusively in northern Michigan, more specifically in young jack pine forests. You can find them in the Bahamas during the winter months. Made out of sustainably harvested balsa wood, these lightweight ornaments are hand carved and then painted with non toxic acrylic paint by a cooperative of skilled artisans on Isla Solentiname, Nicaragua. Approximate size: 5" x 2".
