2017 Painted Rock Syrah spaghetti Bolognese The following are the winemaker'sThis wine is for big full body wine drinkers. Decanting and cellaring are recommended. Here's a big, deep and swarthy yet well balanced syrah, with some finesse despite its size. The fruit is very ripe black cherry plum, some meatiness, smoke and roasted herbs. It is full bodied, very dense, very rich and concentrated with firm tannins and lots of heat. Going for the gusto here. The length is excellent. (notes from David Lawrason, WineAlign)
