2020 Red Rooster Riesling grilled wild rice stuffed red pepper This is a rare excursionA bone dry Okanagan Riesling, with grapes sourced from an Oliver vineyard. Slight petrol on the nose announces a German style of Riesling, while the palate offers flavours of zesty lime peel, green apple, orange blossom, and slight grassiness. The finish delivers apricot and peach components that add a second layer after the citrus opening. Light, dry, crisp and refreshing! (CWC, 07 16 22). 850 cases produced.
