葡萄來自Avenay-Val-d‘Or、Bisseuil與Mareuil-sur-Aÿ三個一級村，這三個村也是酒莊的集大成，全數皆為平均樹齡為40歲的老藤。由於地勢坡度較陡，能夠最大程度的接受日照與馬恩河反射的光線，石灰岩層較淺，成就了這裡近乎完美的黑皮諾。添加黑皮諾紅酒所混合而成的粉紅香檳，凸顯黑皮諾特有的漿果香氣與較為飽滿的特色。
