Terra project, the Amphora is aged for 3 months in large clay amphoras, or Talhas as they know the clay pot locally. This traditional blend includes the despised Moreto grape, but it's natural acidity jumps out and adds to the wine's complexity. Match with Mediterranean food, soft cheese and tradicional Alentejo sausages.
