葡萄種植於1998年與2000年，混用大型與小型橡木桶以原生酵母發酵，輕微澄清，不過濾，發酵後自然冷卻，並經過長達43個月的二次瓶陳。

混和三個地塊，其中「Echezeaux du dessus」賦予酒體深度、「Clos St Denis」的礦物感以及「Poulailéres」的精緻氣息，讓這三個面積合計僅1公頃的地塊創造出美麗的複雜性。於橡木桶(30%新桶)中陳釀16個月，紅色漿果、香草、森林氣息，創造出更加優雅芬芳的Echezeaux，並同時具備特級園的完整架構。
