Pair Hand Painted Silk Panels: C1800 Europe antique Scandinavian embroidery this would have been madeCirca 1800 two hand painted silk satin panels, probably for a church. European, possibly Italian. Beautifully vibrantly painted details, design runs around two sides and echoes in the other panel. Originally hung as curtains with metallic thread fringed edging.
