本款的葡萄來自平均樹齡約20歲的葡萄藤，手工採收後進行100%除梗，原生酵母發酵。3~6天的10度C冷浸泡，再進行12~18天的發酵過程。根據年份進行踩皮，平均一天兩次，之後帶渣培養15個月。培養時的新桶比例為20%，之後再換到不銹鋼槽靜置三個月後才開始裝瓶。

8 g/L的添糖，是款極為珍稀的Meunier黑中白香檳，風味上呈現出品種本身的成熟果味與礦物鹹感的完美平衡。
