Ardnamurchan Madeira Cask 2025 52% 70cl disaronno Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapesThis much requested bottling is comprised of malt matured in bourbon casks which were filled in early 2018. A ratio of approximately 60 40 of unpeated to peated spirit was then re racked into Madeira casks just over two years ago. These casks were vatted just prior to reaching 7 years old and bottled at 52% ABV, yielding just under 19,000 bottles in this batch.
