來自Saint Aubin附近的四個地塊，園中多為1990年種植的樹藤。桶中陳年12個月後，再導入酒槽靜置6至12個月。散發著青蘋果、檸檬、白花等香氣，搭配上礦物風味，酒體適中、口感清爽且圓潤。Allen Meadows直言道：「如此出色的風味，像極了Chablis白酒，完全超出我們對廣域級白酒的印象！」

一級園La Chatenière位於村中東邊一級園的聚集處，一向以卓越表現而備受推崇。香氣層層堆疊，以成熟的梨子和蘋果為主調，並帶有些許有迷人的茴香、橘皮氣息。酸度恰到好處且結構感分明，整體酒風均衡出色，餘韻更是令人印象深刻，優雅細膩而不失張力。
