來自Trapet家族於1859年購買的老藤地塊「Champérier」以及「Dérée」，為了紀念此家族傳承的瑰寶，故以「1859」來命名。散發紅色莓果、櫻桃、玫瑰花香，舒適的粒狀單寧，可口的餘韻綿延不絕，Allen Meadows盛讚：「如此款優秀的Gevrey村莊酒，絕對值得酒迷們一試！」

先在不鏽鋼槽，依靠原生酵母完成發酵，再移至橡木桶進行培養12個月，新桶比例25%。熱帶水果的百香果、荔枝、杏桃等以及蜂蠟榛果的香氣，酒體平衡，架構端正，酸度優異。酒質飽滿集中，充分展現出Aloxe Corton的雄偉與背斜谷相對冷涼的風土特徵。
