It is in great condition, there is one small imperfection and that is on the one corner a small piece of wood is missing. The wood piece measures 82 1 2" long x 15" wide and is 1" thick (unless you count the backing then it is 2" thickness). This piece might be too long to ship so please contact us for a shipping quote.
