A blend of wild BA saison & a wild BA Berliner Weisse and aged in some some older Starward whisky barrels. The blend sat in the second barrels for 4 months, then were racked off and packaged. The base beer is a delicious blend of saison yeast esters and brettanomyces funk, with the whisky barrels imparting extra depth and a complex character. The whisky is there, but not overpowering."
