最老的葡萄藤種植於1920年，平均藤齡95歲。100%新橡木桶陳釀15個月，年產量僅300瓶。

2001年是屬於南隆河紅酒的絕佳年份，作為南隆河最知名也具優秀的教皇新堡產區，自然誕生了令人驚豔的絕美佳釀。同時2001也是Xavier先生的愛子Ange出生的年份。因此Xavier先生將當年最好的各種葡萄釀成的葡萄酒保留，在2010年進行調配，之後將調配好的酒液，以整座橡木桶浸入的方式，置於教皇新堡的酒液中進行長期保存，直到2019年七月，Ange生日，正式滿18歲的時候才進行最終裝瓶。
