The Pen features 750 White gold body with 950 Platinum Rings and a 18 karat gold nib in a Medium. The Montblanc 18 karat gold nib, carries an engraving of the royal monogram of Fredericus Rex. A mechanism enables the pen to retract the nib back into the barrel to protect it.
