Bishop freeheel bindings are a precision piece of equipment, and needs a little maintenance love every so often. This low temperature grease is used on the Main Springs, Touring and main pivot of the BMFs, and on the Bishop 2. 0 at the main pivot and bolts that attach the Heel Bail to the Heel Pad. In addition, it can also be used
