2021 Lunessence Viognier grilled wild rice stuffed red pepper An easy drinking and well-madeThis is a very interesting Viognier, from fruits sourced in Osoyoos. Half was fermented in oak barrels (mostly neutral) and the other half in stainless steel tanks, with five months on lees. The nose is expressive with orchard fruit aromas, white flowers and honey melon. The palate has a great and generous texture but not the oily style like some viogniers can have, but fresh, linear and restrained. Peach, pear, nectarine and honey melon comes at
