此款釀造時泡渣時間稍長，酒色偏金黃，成熟柑橘、帶核水果類的香氣十足，口感中能似乎能嚐到鮮美的黃色果肉，是款飽滿型的Aligoté。葡萄酒大師Jasper Morris更形容此為最具Meursault村風土性的Aligoté五星級佳釀！

成熟的梨子氣息融合蘋果風味，伴隨些許白花芬芳，以及細緻的香草與椰子香氣。口感充滿活力，適中的酸度令人舒心，展現寬廣而深沉的酒體質地。適合搭配白醬料理、佐以奶油醬汁的海鮮、雞肉等禽類料理。

葡萄品種：Semillon Blanc、Semillon Gris、Palomino、Chenin Blanc、Muscat d’Alexandrie。
