最年長的葡萄藤超過70歲，葡萄園主要土壤為泥灰和石灰岩，在不鏽鋼槽以原生酵母啟動發酵，在不鏽鋼槽和大型橡木桶帶渣培養兩年以上，裝瓶前不過濾、不澄清。石灰岩或是泥灰岩，皆含有豐富的海洋化石，如Arbois產區的石灰岩就含有豐富的蠔類化石，是能釀製非常出色Chardonnay 的原因之一。
