The bezel setting protects the gem from possible chipping or breaking and doesn't have to be cleaned as much as the prong set gems do

This thread lesss style is Universal and will fit into 18g

Standard is with a 6m gem on bottom and a 4mm gem on top. We also carry them with 4mm gems on both top and bottom for those clients liking or needing smaller gems.
