There are enough common burn and removal spells in the colors that I am always apt to unearth something good for my efforts

Its Final Fantasy reprint as Dawn Warriors Legacy wont be anywhere close to the same power level as in Strixhaven , but its still a fantastic card for any deck built around instants and sorceries

Just by being played, the card prevented a player's opponent from casting spells at Instant-speed, forcing them to only play during their turn and shutting down a huge number of playstyles
