In a Mono Red Dragon Tribal deck like Zirilian of the Claw this is pretty great, and in the more popular 5C The Ur-Dragon you have better removal options, but in grindy games Spit Flame can shine

I cant say the same for the other decks, though they still have plenty of appeal for long-time Commander players
