Unless I'm mistaken, Markov Baron is the only card with both madness and convoke, so when your mana is tapped out and you're faced with a Mind Rot or need to crack a blood token, three creatures can save this baron, it's sweet

It's also a good resource for figuring out how much your cards are worth once the new set is out, so if you pull any Surge Foil cards in your booster pack preorders, you might suddenly find yourself with quite the nest egg
